How has your week been? I'm wondering how much time you have been able to take for yourself? To nurture your nervous system, your body, and your overall well-being?

Stress is everywhere, and we have to be proactive about how we counter act it for our health.
It's the third session of our Free somatic soul circle and we are halfway through this free 6-week offering.
If you feel like you need a deep nervous system reset, and some like-minded community, come join us.

Here is a short video guiding you through the somatic experiencing practice of grounding + orienting.
This was shared with our 14 women who joined the somatic soul circle today as a tool to help regulate their nervous system.
Nervous system health is at the root of everything.
Somatic tools can helps us find safety in moments when our bodies are getting stressed and moving into the sympathetic fight or flight state.
By moving into safety and a calm nervous system state more often you allow you body to move towards greated health and regulation over time.
You can utilise this tool any time of day and I suggest bringing it in regularly so that you can cultivate deeper awareness and move towards more nervous system regulation for better emotional, mental and physical health.
Feelings like anxiety, stress, burnout, chronic health symptoms all start in the nervous system. Body-based healing is essential and can drastically change your health and your life!
