Spencer Lynx Hockey

Super proud of former Lynx members Calvin and Indy. The boys joined Spencer Juniors last September after completing the Lynx programme. They were selected to play in the London Area Vase Competition and made it through the preliminary round in March. This meant they qualified for the Finals last Sunday, played on the Olympic pitch, and finished in third place, winning bronze medals!!! What a huge achievement 🥉🥉🙌🏼🙌🏼. Not only that, Calvin was chosen as the best defender in the team and Indy the most improved player. Wow 🤩🤩🤩.

Hugely grateful to for providing the funding to enable us to keep playing over the summer term. And thank you to the Spencer Club for freeing up the pitch for us, we know it’s in high demand.

Super proud to see three former Lynx members winning promotion with their Spencer Hockey Harlequins team today. Sam and Lucas were in our first ever intake, and Seb was in our second. It’s lovely to see them still enjoying their hockey and playing at a high level. Sam was the team’s lead scorer, with 23 goals this season. Well done boys 🏑🤩 Notice they’re still all playing with Y1 hockey sticks too 😉

A massive THANK YOU to our coaches 🙌🏼🙌🏼. You’ve all been brilliant this season, bringing your enthusiasm and energy each week. Thank you for inspiring a love of the game and creating memories our members will never forget!

Huge thanks to .phoenix for hosting us at a fun tournament this afternoon. Everyone had a wonderful time and there were some really impressive skills on display 🤩

Nine of our members achieved their Gold Awards this season - these awards are given only to those who attend every single session during the season. It’s a huge achievement and a big well done to: Aarish, Aliza, Beatrix, Ethan, Harlow, Ilyas, Khalid, Oli and Osman 🤩
