Weekend brunch after my work out.
Not too big a plate, plenty for protein, fruit and veg will help you feel sustained and healthy-not stuffed. Keep it colourful, interesting but avoid making it hard work! Simple fresh ingredients. Reduce your carbs and make sure they're wholegrain, high in fiber. Less added salt, sugar and healthy fats.
Life change that is easy to achieve.
