So this is why I love my job. Email received from a client who has recently undergone minor surgery on her leg.

Good news is that my yoga balance and strength is proving invaluable in helping me to move differently Our deep breathing technique meant that the apparently 'painful needle' during anaesthesia on my tender shin was a breeze - no pain felt by me! The Dr remarked that she found patients who practiced yoga just breathed though any pain so thank you for our wonderful breathwork!"
