Gondolas in Europe, tuk tuks in Asia, busses in South America, Statue of Liberty and Golden Gate Bridge in North America, cycling in Oceania and elephants on Safari in South Africa … Oh the places we go! Exploring the world through yoga poses and our senses. Learning through movement. One of my fav lesson plans to explore with children (and teachers). 🌍🌎🌏

Perfect end to a wonderful first day. Yet again I feel so truly blessed with the souls who find their way to the training. ❤️❤️ Such an amazing group of woman. 🙌👏🫶

So lovely to share this Childrens Yoga class with them all at the end of the day. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.

Can’t wait to return to Leeds. We’ve always had such wonderful trainings here. And this time we are partnering up with the gorgeous Love Yoga Leeds | Yoga Studio & Event Space 🩷🧘‍♀️ studio. 🤸🏿🤸🏻‍♂️This beautiful venue is the perfect space to gather our next group of YogaBeez children’s yoga teachers.

Still 2 places available for our our Sept Leeds training.
And 1 space has become free on our London training in August.

Love all the creative ways these yogi children, from toddlers to teens are using the Hoberman sphere in their poses. As a kids yoga teacher this prop is a must! We usually use it to give children a tangible understanding of their breath. This is the giant sphere and as you can see from the pics - the options are endless.
