Congrats to Alexia for a loss of 5kgs in 5 weeks....no physical training yet, only with a balanced diet. Well done !!!...Eating well is massively important guys to get back in shape, keep that in mind :-)
After 2 months training we got 5kg less, 9cm waist less, 9cm hips less !!!!!!! So proud of you Yvonne, well done !!! You definately deserve these results. :-)

Good luck to Lars for his race in Canada. You've worked hard the last 4 months and you really deserve the results you got.
