Pilates Vita is a new concept of a Pilates Studio and Pilates Contemporary Teacher Training Certification Program. Based in USA, Europe and Caribbean. We designed a new concept in health sport training in any activity level. Using high end technology equipment we work with individuals sessions or small groups. We give the Pilates training to athletes, non athletes, older/ younger and small population. Providing PT as well when the client needs to recover from injuries in order to get back to total body stabilization and Healthy life. We work on RPG (General Posture Reposition) to aligned back issues and give the core power back. We have one location South Kensington/London, Pacific Hight/San Francisco, one location in St Martin/Caribbean.
