As a qualified pre and postnatal trainer, I’m here to help you feel strong and confident with my 45-minute classes! We’ll focus on strength training and core recovery, with exercises tailored to each trimester and the post natal period. Join me every Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:15am in Mill Hill—just bring a mat and a water bottle, and you’re good to go! Can’t wait to see you there!

SO PROUD of my client who reached her wedding day goal in just 12 weeks!! 👰‍♀️💪

She committed to a bespoke SWS training and nutrition programme, and her hard work and dedication paid off. My client managed to lose 6.8 kilos over this time frame and felt happy and confident in her wedding dress!
