Try this advanced core exercise to improve core strength also include shoulder and arm muscles too!
Start with super light weight, here I used 3kg in each hand. If you've never done this one before , you can practice form and technique with bodyweight or a light resistance band around your forearms.

Use dumbbells, a barbell, kettlebells, water bottles, a small child 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣 whatever you have to hand as long as you can press it overhead 😏👍🏽
