βοΈ 9 days left to get it! π₯ 24K challenge! βοΈ

Here are a few tips to keep you moving forwards in the challenge and after too;
πͺ Book in all your classes for the week ahead, 3 + a week ideally.

πͺ Book in with friends, to hold yourself accountable and make it more social. ππ½
-
πͺ Recover well, extra stretches, foam rolling, maybe some π§ββοΈ too and try to get 7+ hours of sleep a night! Check out for the best recovery products! π΄

πͺ Fuel yourself well. β½οΈ I canβt recommend enough. And of course, for the absolute best protein there is! π€€

πͺ Set targets and goals for motivation in the long run. Maybe by aiming to squat or bicep curl with heavier weights than normal by a certain time, or by trying to push your speed up on the treadmill, or maybe by increasing a distance in a previous challenge. Physical goals will give you more of a focus and the aesthetic will follow! π
