Here are a few tips to keep you moving forwards in the challenge and after too;

πŸ’ͺ Book in all your classes for the week ahead, 3 + a week ideally.

πŸ’ͺ Book in with friends, to hold yourself accountable and make it more social. πŸ’ƒπŸ½
-
πŸ’ͺ Recover well, extra stretches, foam rolling, maybe some πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ too and try to get 7+ hours of sleep a night! Check out for the best recovery products! 😴

πŸ’ͺ Fuel yourself well. ⛽️ I can’t recommend enough. And of course, for the absolute best protein there is! 🀀

πŸ’ͺ Set targets and goals for motivation in the long run. Maybe by aiming to squat or bicep curl with heavier weights than normal by a certain time, or by trying to push your speed up on the treadmill, or maybe by increasing a distance in a previous challenge. Physical goals will give you more of a focus and the aesthetic will follow! πŸ‘€
