I am so excited to start teaching Flexy Online from the next week at 6.20pm every MONDAYS!

💗ONLINE group class is INCLUDED for any SMART Basic, Plus and Pro clients.

💗Drop in price: £9 for anyone else.

Get ready to discover the world of Flexibility for Pole and Aerial artists. We will work on exercises for strengthening the muscles but also to increase mobility, stability for you to safely approach flexy shapes on the pole or any other aerial apparatus.

💙 will be teaching a new handstand class on Mondays 🤩

💙 will tak over a brand new Pole flow class for both beginners and improvers on Wednesdays🎉

💙Polewithsam will tale care of you during the rest of the weekly classes, however she will be away on some days, so expect the ARTemis team covering her classes soon 🥰.

👉Sam is now taking bookings for her COMPETITION COACHING PROGRAM; If you are interested book your free consultation now and then block your starting date later (after june 2026) 🫶.

👉She is also open to private coaching in studio from the end of May; if you wish to work on a private setting, please get in touch!

👉Lastly, SMART online coaching program is full, but Waitlist is open for June 2026! She will take only 2 clients who wish to work on their strength, mobility and pole goals with a proper structure to enhance their pole performance 💙

✅️DAY 2 Judge - POLE ART ITALY

WOW What a day! Since my account polewithsam is not working well right now, here is a post of gratitude and reflection from the last weekend 🥰

Firstly, I want to thank Paolo and the PAI team to put trust in my work as a judge on DAY 1 and DAY 2 of one of the most important pole art competitions in the world. 🙏 I am forever grateful for this opportunity.🫶

🥰Judging is both a responsibility and a privilege.
Being part of Pole Art Italy was truly special.
Awarding these incredible athletes was an emotional moment, each performance filled with passion, dedication, and a story.
I want to thank each athlete that stepped on stage this weekend to show their artistry and growth...And remember: nothing to prove, everything to share 😊.

I am also grateful for this experience and for sharing it with amazing new and existing colleagues😊:

Last but not least, it was an honour to witness the incredible Elite talents as a spectator on DAY 3 and to be on stage for our final judges picture with the PAI26 international judges and (literally the history of pole 2 steps away from me 🥰🫶).

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be a Judge; it truly feels an honour to witness everybody pole's journeys 🙏🫶.

As a coach, I am very proud of my athletes' journeys. My Mr.Bean and Mother Nature did so well. They both ticked all our goals for this season, so I am happily proud for their hard work❤️. Together we built not just "athletes" but a sense of community.

I look forward to enjoying 2 more days together with the crew, to be inspired by the fabolous artists and to enjoy the show!
