But the progress this guy has made is too good not to share.
If you’ve seen Dave around HYPE, you know how hard he works 👏🏽
You’re looking at a 15kg difference here 🤯
103kg - 88kg 📉
Dave had spent years playing sports and a lot of effort went into building his muscle.
He got to a point where he was just spinning his wheels though 🥱
Roughly following the same training routine each week..
Eating healthy prepped meals.
Yet, stuck in a plateu.
Seeing little to no progress and the gym wasn’t anything more than just ticking a box each day.
It was time to get serious and make a change
He wanted to drop body fat but was hesitant to commit at first..
Because, like many, didn’t want to lose any muscle and strength.
My coaching philosophy has always been to prioritise muscle mass and strength whilst in a fat loss phase.
Simple.
If anything, continue to grow in the early stages of a fat loss phase 🤷🏽♂️
Fitter, stronger, healthier and looking completely different to the starting position.
For the longest time, Dave did what a lot of guys do:
👉 Trained hard
👉 Tried to “eat better”
👉 Hoped consistency alone would eventually deliver the body he wanted
But it never quite happened.
Not because he wasn’t working hard…
But because he’d never actually been on a program made for him.

Here’s a reminder…‼️
The results I post are more than just improving the aesthetics

We started George in a fat loss phase to begin with to shred the unwanted body fat
In this initial phase we pushed a huge focus towards improving and prioritising his gut health
Which not only improved his physique but his day to day life and energy.
Once the foundations were built and body composition has improved drastically
We transitioned into a lean bulk phase next
Slowly building calories up which helped the physique fill out more and allow him to get stronger
When compared to his starting position
He’s much leaner and carrying more muscle mass than ever before
The goal was to get him in the best shape physically and mentally whilst making it a real lifestyle change
Rather than a quick fix.
And we’ve done just that 🫡
A Holiday to Dubai after 4 months of working together, feeling and looking his best capped off all the hard work.

The starting picture on the left - 152lbs
Today - 150lbs
2lbs lighter, yet the body composition is completely different.
(There is a reminder that if you want to achieve results like this, there’s much more to just chasing the number on the scales)
The physique wasn’t the only thing he achieved along the way ⬇️

The first time was so nice, we had to do it twice ✌🏽
I’m sure you remember first 12 week transformation that we achieved

Well, we wanted to run it 🔙
The goal was to better his transformation last time out
& for him to be in his best shape ever, for his trip to vegas 🇺🇸✈️
To do that, we needed more muscle, and to push the shred even further.
One successful lean bulk and an even longer fat loss phase later..
We have a transformation and end result that absolutely trumps his first attempt.
Bigger, leaner, stronger, faster ✅✅✅✅

🗣️ “The results on shoot day surpassed all my expectations”

Joe’s goal was to get lean for a holiday.. ☀️
And be in his best shape ever.
It’s safe to say, we surpassed all expectations.
Now, Let’s be honest..🤷🏽♂️

Aesthetics aside though..

That was the message Joe sent me ⬆️
After he saw his results 🤯
A lot of guys start to think it’s not possible to achieve results like this

Huge drop of 14kg/30lbs 🤯🤯
joined the 6 week challenge wanting to drop body fat but was adamant he wanted to keep his muscle and not look skinny
As cliche as it sounds..
I told him to trust the process. He’s in good hands 😅👊🏽
When dropping body fat, the priority should always be to preserve - and if possible, continue to build muscle.

He had been sat on the fence for a while
But it was time to pull the trigger 🔫
And finally commit.
It was time to prioritise his health!
