Puja has lost 9.1kg since starting with me a few months back. It hasn’t been easy as we’ve had to adapt many times with training due to COVID. ⁣
⁣
But this has never made her quit! She’s currently being online coached and is unstoppable I’m so proud of her dedication 🙌🏼 ⁣
⁣

She hasn’t cut out any foods she likes but her approach has completely changed she still eats what she wants and doesn’t do endless amounts of cardio. ⁣

She sticks to her calories and gets her training in. Her hard work pays off and still gets to eat her pizza 🤣⁣
