CYCLE is A high energy class that is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve
cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories and strengthening the legs and core ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Set to great music it will take you on a varied mixture of flats, hills and sprints - always encouraging and motivating you to achieve your best. Cycle is a low impact 45 minute class suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ
