CYCLE is A high energy class that is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve
cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories and strengthening the legs and core ๐ช๐ผ Set to great music it will take you on a varied mixture of flats, hills and sprints - always encouraging and motivating you to achieve your best. Cycle is a low impact 45 minute class suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. ๐๐ผ
