Putting a heavy focus on incline presses over the next 8 weeks to bring up my upper pecs which aren’t as developed as my lower pecs
You can not isolate the upper pecs with presses but by using an incline you will get more activation in the upper pecs then a flat press
When to pick sumo deadlifts over conventional deadlifts
1️⃣You want to hit your glutes more
2️⃣Slightly less stress on the lower back (with good form)
3️⃣ You’re bored of conventional deadlifts
4️⃣You want to work your quads a little more (although it’s not predominantly a quad exercise)

If you have any shoulder issues swapping out a bench press for a floor press is a great option. The floor reduces your range of motion but gives you that added security. Thanks for the video
Nordic hamstring curls are one of the absolute best exercises to strengthen and develop your hamstrings. Needless to say it is not a beginner exercise but they are definitely worth incorporating into your leg routines if you are bored of the regular leg curl exercises
3 Reasons to perform pull ups
1️⃣ Excellent for developing overall back and bicep strength as they are so challenging
2️⃣ Easy to progressively overload by using a weight belt
3️⃣ As they are a body weight movement you’ll never have to wait for equipment (just say hey dude can I do pull ups between your sets of chest flyes 🤩)
January 2022 train hard, then when you feel like quitting suck it up and train harder because ain’t nobody getting results for you, you have to earn them yourself
Really enjoying these zombie front squats recently. Excellent way to improve your squat if your somebody who tends to lean really far forward
The zombie front squat will force you to keep your chest elevated otherwise the bar will roll off. It’s very humbling with the weight that can be lifted but hugely beneficial
If you want good looking pecs then you should be doing less decline presses and more incline presses
Most people who have an underdeveloped chest usually lack any upper chest muscle and have much more muscle in the lower part of the chest. This can lead to a “moobs” appearance
Now of course if you have high levels of body fat you need to be stripping this down by sustaining a calorie deficit, but exercise choices are also super important for how your chest looks once the body fat is reduced
Swap out your decline and flat bench presses for some incline presses for a couple of months and you’ll see some improvement in the appearance of your pecs
