Calpe ‘26 — don’t call it a camp, it’s a training *holiday*

And as such, it included touristing, fueling 🍰 hydrating 🍻 banana orphanages, lost (and found) eggs, airport card games and general debauchery 🤪

A blend of long term FOTers and fresh rookies trying out a brand new camp 🏕️ location.
Zero hospital 🏥 visits 🥳

Wind tunnel 🌬️ training in 57km/hr gusts.
Calp, you absolute beauty - if we could ever see your landscape through the clouds ☁️ you would be stunning 🇪🇸”

We laughed, we cried, we ate cake, we lost our spikes in the mud, we overdosed on Guinness Zeroes in the pub: another XC season is in the books 😤

Huge congratulations to all our members who took on the Boston, London and Manchester marathons over the past few weeks — whether chasing PBs or soaking up the atmosphere, you’ve done us proud! 💙💛💙💛

A massive shoutout as well to our brilliant volunteers at mile 18 of the London Marathon. Ful-on spirit in full force!

🏅🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️ FulonTri rocked the 2nd London League race at Thames Turbo Sprint Tri on 4th of May. Huge congratulations to Pim and Jane M-S for being the first man and woman from the club to cross the finish line! 🥇🥇 They were awarded the highly sought after Curly Wurly by Rob Argles. 🎉🍫

The Curly Wurly award is a prestigious and coveted prize within FulonTri. Amazing effort by all our members who participated 💪👏

Spring is here! 🌸

So we had 30+ riders going out this weekend (some on new bikes 🤩), plus a huge contingent taking on the Milton Keynes Bowl — and then cycling 130k back to London.

In non-cycling news, and .leo smashed their half marathon PBs at Battersea Park, while some hardy runners took on the Maverick 24k 🏃‍♀️
