Hampstead & Westminster Hockey Club, the club dates back to the 1870s and plays home games on the two artificial pitches at Paddington Recreation Ground, Maida Vale.. One of these is a water-based FIH Global standard pitch which was recently replaced in 2009. Both pitches are a mere 5 minutes walk from Maida Vale tube, well within zone 2. The Club has a unique Clubhouse at the Carlton Tavern situ
