They told me to cook, so I did.
I show up every day to improve, educate, inspire, and share happiness with this riding community.
Progress looks good on us.

How do you get your confidence back after a fall? 🐴
Here's the part nobody warns you about. The fall takes a moment. The story you build around it afterwards is what actually keeps you off.
A broken bone. A horse getting upset. A brain quietly making the event bigger every single time you replay it.
Getting back on isn't about waiting until you feel ready. It's about making the event small again.
If you're still carrying a fall, this one's for you 👇
"Where do I put my leg for leg yield?" 🦵
It's one of the questions I get asked most, so here's the full answer in one reel: where each leg goes, and what each one is actually asking your horse to do.
Because "inside leg" isn't a position you hold. It's a job. Once you know what each leg is asking for, leg yield stops feeling like a guess and starts feeling like a conversation.
Save it for your next ride 👇
Holding too tight? Watch this 🐴
When you tense up, you grip. When you grip, you're telling your horse something is wrong, and then you're both braced.
Whatever you do, your horse reads it. So the message to send is the opposite one: hey, I trust you.
Relaxation isn't something you find once you feel safe. It's the thing that makes you safe.
Where do you hold your tension? 👇
People who judge others grew up in a world where they were taught they should judge themselves. What if we meet them with curiosity and love rather than judgement?
Being ready is a myth.
You start before you feel ready.
You make mistakes.
You learn.
And you keep going anyway.
That’s where real riding progress happens.

3 things to improve your canter, and none of them are your legs 🧠
Most riders canter and then react to whatever they get. The riders who improve fastest decide what kind of canter they want first, then ride towards it.
Step 3 is the one nobody does: picture the jump you want to feel, every single time you canter. Your body follows what your brain rehearses.
Try it in your next ride and tell me what changes 👇
GUYS!!! THESE THINGS JUST DON'T MAKE SENSE hehe
I hear so many stories about riders that give up... and I don't blame them! Riding is hard. Horses are hard and the industry is hard. BUT!!! There is a big community of riders out there that have fun, are supportive, are kind and accepting... you just need to find your space. A space where you feel safe to grow and learn.
If you want somewhere to go to feel accepted... COMMENT "RIDERS LOUNGE" and i'll get a special offer to you asap xx
... and here I was thinking they were just big puppy dogs 🤣
