Want a challenge this half term? Get on the bike and see how quickly you can do 300kcals. It's simple but as you can guess, it's not easy.
Working on your endurance like this can help with a variety of other exercise routines, whether it's running, cycling, swimming or circuit training.

All being well in 5 weeks the gym we will be back open and we will be back!
However in 14 weeks it’s officially Summer! The last 12 months has effected all of us differently, if you have kept moving - top work!
If you haven’t done as much exercise as you would have liked fear not, grab a KB and give this workout a go:
1️⃣ SA (single arm) Swings x 10 each side
2️⃣ SA Loaded Lunges x 10 each leg
3️⃣ SA Loaded Squats x 8 holding the KB es (16 squats)
4️⃣ Straight Arm Narrow Grip Plank onto of KB - 45s
5️⃣ Bodyweight Hip Extension - 45s
- Rest 2 minutes
- 5 Rounds
