For me, it only feels right to honour the ancient teachings and include our mental well-being into our asana practice. Private 1-1 sessions available at your home.

I like to bring a little philosophy and metaphor into my practice and create routines that compliment the concepts.

There is a wealth of research showing how our thoughts affect our wellbeing.

For me, it only feels right to honour the ancient teachings and include our mind into our asana practice.
