Lovely picnic in Richmond Park with members of East Sheen Aikido dojo and family (after kenjutsu practice). The weather was gorgeous, and Gozi enjoyed seeing a couple of deer! Thanks to Art Of OK / Oskar Krajewski for taking it!

Had a good time with Bjorn Saw at his 50 years of Aikido celebration in Bath.

Morning classes have become a thing again in recent months - after a bit of a hiatus. 6 of us on the mat at 6.30 this morning which was great!

Great to have Bjørn Eirik Olsen shihan teaching at East Sheen on Monday. We missed the opportunity to take a photo in the dojo, but most (not all) came to pub afterwards.

A reminder that we are very happy to welcome Bjorn Eirik Olsen shihan to teach at East Sheen tonight, regular class 8pm.

Bjorn Eirik Olsen shihan is in London next weekend, and will teach at East Sheen dojo for our regular Monday class (8pm start). All welcome...
