🔥1 YEAR ON
Swipe left. This quote from yours truly came up on my time hop story today and I wanted to share it.
I felt knackered. Physically and mentally. I felt like I was never ever going to get better at this dam thing. But my outlook always the same. Do your best. That’s all we can ever ask for.
A real reminder that we are always evolving, moving forwards, that we have the control to make positive strives towards bettering ourselves and our current situation, especially if it isn’t serving us.
Anyone has the power to make positive change in their life, often it’s about mindset and outlook. Rather than trying to search for what we don’t have, what can we do with what we do have to make positive change?
These things can sometimes take time, but these things are possible.

It’s a tough time at the moment. Still very much in a weird time in the world.
Just remember you are doing GOOD. No one is doing anything exciting at the moment despite what might be shown on social. We are all just trying our dam best to survive the storm.
