The Jiu Jitsu Brotherhood Club Network is a friendly collaboration of Jiu Jitsu academies. As a jiu-jitsoka you are a part of something special.
You’re in an elite group of people who challenge themselves physically and mentally in ways most people can’t even imagine. If you use jiu-jitsu as a tool to help you understand yourself, to face your fears and to progress as a human being, then you are already a part of the Jiu-Jitsu Brotherhood. The Jiu-Jitsu Brotherhood is a dojo without walls and without limits. It is a global community of BJJ

The longer you train, the less interested you become in fighting and the more interested you become in improving yourself.

Yesterday we were honoured to host a special seminar at Kingston Jiu Jitsu in support of the Oliver Geddes Foundation.
It was an emotional day at times, but also one filled with smiles, laughter, training, and so many stories about Oli. The atmosphere throughout the day was incredibly special.
Nadine’s speech was particularly touching and reminded everyone exactly why days like this matter so much.
A huge thank you to KJJ for hosting, to Nadine, Marc, Miad and Rob for teaching, to Clare for all the hard work organising the day, and to everyone who came to train, support, and donate to such a fantastic cause.
We hope this will be the first of many, and we’re already looking forward to doing it again next year.
3rd-degree black belt Miad Najafi continues his half guard underhook series with one of the highest-percentage follow-ups in the position — the back take.
Once the underhook is secured, the opportunity to move behind your opponent can appear very quickly.
A simple but extremely effective addition to any half guard game.
