GUYS!!! Have a GREAT Bank Holiday weekend ! Ila and I today did an easy run and some yoga exercises at the track and field. We then went to the Castle Climbing Centre to do some bouldering...Getting STRONG while having FUN!!! 💪🏻😀😀😀😀

‘Blonde & Brunette Believe in Your Body’ is a concept born from the passion of two Italian/Londoner girls for fitness, healthy lifestyle and social events. We believe that EVERYONE can achieve fitness goals...You just need to Believe in Yourself, Believe in Your Body 🙏🏻. Runners and Yogi students, we believe that the combination of these two disciplines is not only reciprocally beneficial to one another, but can also be extremely propaedeutical for any kind of sport. Yoga, Run, Fitness and Social Events will be integrated together into an exciting series of events and projects!

HAAAAPPPPY MONDAY!! We are finally back together!!!!! We've just had a very productive meeting and we came up with so many GREAT PLANS. Stay tuned for our OFFICIAL presentation next Monday and the launch of the new ( ) EVENT !!
