Trump’s policies and FIFA’s corruption have caused chaos at the World Cup.
Stop Trump have put together a tracker of all the racist, fascist bu****it that Trump and his cronies have pulled this summer - hit link in bio to view.
For our part, we’ve not shown any World Cup games at our clubhouse and in any event we’re more pumped for our friendly TOMORROW against New York International FC ! 🤝
If you want to see what international sporting solidarity can actually mean, come down to the Dog and experience our “anti-final”.

⚽ Next Men's First Team match ⚽
After the club’s jaunt to Gijón, it’s our turn to host overseas opposition for a special friendly on Saturday.
The visit of New York International FC provides a chance to welcome back a familiar face in the form of Josh Adejokun, our former striker, who should come up against his younger brother, Noah, who has been back playing for CCFC this summer.
NYIFC play in the Metropolitan Conference Division of the American Premier Soccer League, the first level of semi-pro football in the States and nominally the fifth tier overall, so should be a tough test ahead of the new season.
It’s the first chance to see the result of ground works over the summer, particularly the path on two sides of the ground being concreted.
Saturday is also the day before the World Cup Final, a tournament not only compromised by being hosted in Trump’s America, but by FIFA’s position on a whole range of issues. So, if you want to see what international sporting solidarity can actually mean, come down to the Dog to experience our anti-final.
Gates and bar will open at 2pm with the bar closing at 9pm. Food will be available from Fusion Foods.
Admission for our home friendlies is typically pay what you want, but with a substantial shortfall from the Gijón trip and additional costs for the NYIFC game to cover, if you can pay the usual admission prices that would be really helpful.

We are delighted to announce that Johanna Kuosa has been appointed Head Coach of the Women’s/NB Reserve team. She was voted in by the team and the committee, and has been a big part of the CCFC Community for the past seven years, joining in 2019 when Open Access formed. Johanna is well placed to lead the Reserves, having spent the last two seasons as assistant to Amii Griffith (who stood down as Reserves’ head coach in May). Between them, they secured the team’s promotion into Division 1 of the Greater London Women’s Football League. We can’t wait to see Johanna lead the team into next season 💪
