Hi! We’re dropping in with a quick reminder about what’s coming up at The Castle over the next few weeks. There’s plenty happening and we’d love for you to be part of it.

This Saturday, 15th November, we’re celebrating 30 years of The Castle Climbing Centre and everyone’s invited.

We’re bringing the whole community together – past and present members, staff and friends – for an evening of climbing, music, food and good company.

What to expect:
Special birthday blocs and climbing challenges with prizes from DMM Wales, Anti Slab, Moon Climbing, Edelrid and more
Fresh pizza served throughout the night
Bar and live DJs
Exclusive birthday merchandise available to buy on the night
Photography exhibition celebrating 30 years of The Castle

Entry is included with a valid membership or standard day pass. The event runs from 4pm to midnight at The Castle Climbing Centre, N4 2HA.

Bring your friends and plenty of energy to take on the blocs, celebrate with the community and help us mark this milestone in style.

The water pumping station was built in 1856 and was abandoned in 1955. The Castle Climbing Centre was established in 1995. So this year is it's 30th anniversary.

SATURDAY APRIL 26th 12-3pm SUNBLOC Outdoor Boulding Festival
The Castle's outdoor boulder festival event is returning, and better than ever.
They've moved it to Saturday, for maximum weekend vibes - there'll be live music, as well as some fun extra additions.

Molly Thompson-Smith's "Dynamic Movement" workshops are effectively sold out (final space linked below). Don't worry though, she's staying at the centre for a live Q&A between 7-8pm that is available to everyone.

In celebration of Molly's visit they have also extending their opening hours until 10pm on Saturday the 26th.
