Fitness Pilates – Tuesday
This week we’ll be working with Pilates rings (provided in class) to increase precision, resistance, and muscle activation.
Ring work helps to:
• engage the inner thighs (adductors) and gluteal muscles more effectively
• strengthen the deep core stabilisers that support the spine
• improve shoulder and hip joint stability
• build better alignment and controlled movement patterns
A focused, effective way to get more out of each exercise.
