This is what building capacity looks like.

A few moments lately from this gorgeous thing called life!

Summits, saunas, moving homes, moving my body, good old meals, gorgeous clients and new challenges - a whole lotta joy tbh ✨

We need to talk about fitness.

And not just in the fitness space. We need to make fitness more accessible. We need to support people to reimagine what fitness could look like for their bodies and support them to find safety in their experience.

I had some wonderful feedback and chats with attendees after this event from people who had never considered this approach to finding their strength and fitness.

What one small action can you take to make your fitness experience more comfortable?

I’ve really loved working on this project with a whole new audience of humans. Thank you Notts Happening | Nottingham and for visiting and thank you Nottingham Contemporary for the invitation to lead this session and consult on the performances.

The ability to go from fighting a tiger to sleeping like a baby. That’s the capacity that makes the impossible feel possible.

We’re not aiming for constant regulation, we’re aiming for flexibility.

I’m offering 3 humans the opportunity to work 1:1 with me to build a capacity that feels like a super power. ā¤µļø

Fitness and Breathwork coaching.

We start 1st September - DM or apply using the link in bio.

ā€œThe whole is greater than the sum of its partsā€ - As Aristotle said.

We need to stop scrutinising one part of the puzzle and start learning how to connect the dots so that the pieces begin to work together. It baffles me that people disregard nervous system work when it comes to fitness, when so many of us are losing our nervous system flexibility which directly impacts our ability to push ourselves physically (and mentally).

When you start to work with the body and not against it it truly gives back. That’s when the impossible begins to feel possible.

This work has supported me to recover from chronic fatigue syndrome, uproot my life and transition my business 3 times over, make bold choices and take huge risks that paid massive dividends.

Your nervous system flexibility is your super power. And I’m ready to support 3 other humans to find theirs.

We start 1st September, DM or apply via the link in bio.

If you’ve ever ā€˜dreaded’ the gym, there is a better, sustainable way.

One built from empowerment and confidence rather than shame and punishment.

My client came leaps and bounds in her self care and self value over the 2 years we worked together. She now puts her 2 strength sessions a week as one of her priorities during the kids summer holidays. Where she previously would have taken the whole 6 weeks off the gym.

Welcome to a 1:1 human centred coaching offering.

I’m forever proud and grateful to do this life changing work šŸ’™

Ever thought you’re not flexible enough, or maybe TOO flexi (shout out to my fellow hypermobile folks) for Yoga?

This month I invite the fantastic Grace Bowering onto the pod to chat about what Yoga actually IS and what forms of Yoga we actually CAN do - no headstands or splits even mentioned!

I coach plenty of humans with hyper mobility, and once my clients have learned their end ranges, increased the proprioception and confidence required, I love to bring Yoga back in if it was previously part of their practice. But if you’ve been told not to go to Yoga, how do you reintroduce it?

And whether you’re hyper mobile or not, on this episode we talk about the origins and benefits of Yoga and how you can introduce a Yoga practice into your life without stretching yourself too far. (Literally)

My wonderful guest grace | yoga facilitator is a yoga practitioner and facilitator who is passionate about yoga’s many doorways.

She teaches an embodied, explorative approach to movement with an emphasis on how we use props for support, challenge and rest. She weaves in philosophical teachings to encourage the contemplative side of yoga, keeping it from being a body based practice alone. She believes yoga to be a practice that cultivates body & breath awareness, kindness, community, introspection and connection.

Now I’m more confidently out of the woods I’m slowly gaining confidence in sharing not only my personal journey with chronic fatigue syndrome, but the evolution in my coaching too.

I say this all the time, I’m not interested in short term physical transformations, I’m only invested in true life changing transformations that impact the way my clients live positively, in all directions, for the long term.

I’ll share more about my experience overtime.
But for now here’s a little bit about what got me to where I am today…
