This. Curry. Was. Immense. I had a courgette and some sugar snap peas fresh and this was what I created. Tbf the curry itself was from the freezer and I canโt remember what I had put in it but think it was lentils and some kind of paste! I often do this as it just makes things so easy and you still know (even if you canโt remember exactly) that thereโs good stuff (and no gremlins) in it.

I find it hard to motivate myself towards salad in the winter. Until I make a salad that looks like this. Then I can barely wait for the sweet potato ๐ wedges to cook!! Raw toms, ๐
cucumber ๐ฅ , onion ๐ง
and cooked beetroot, pepper and bulgar wheat ๐พ on top of my fave bistro salad! With seeds and vegan ๐ฑ cheese ๐ง. Yum!!! ๐ฅ

Delicious vegan ๐ฑ salad ๐ฅ box ๐ฆ at Wanderlust by Pollen & Grace provided to the volunteers at Wanderlust- which was fab. So glad I did that. The banana bread was great too and was my dinner. Got one for my lill too ๐

Heart openers are important for strengthening ๐ช the body but more so for energising mind and body. By lifting your ๐ , moving your shoulders back and lengthening the front and back of your body, you reduce back pain and shoulder tightness, and at the same time lift your spirits. Go for a back bend and feel your ๐ become a little lighter.

So every month I go out for steak and last night was nowhere near to finishing what was ordered. It therefore made the perfect base to a Sunday lunch with some other healthy accoutrements made up. The watercress soup didnโt make the pic unfortunately but I can assure you was delicious- one of my favourite recipes. (ish)

This pizza was (under all the rocket) immense! Roasted veg and particularly the piqulito peppers were just amazing. I swapped out the jalapeรฑos for extra aubergine as I love it so much and the hummus on top was sooo good. I would love to tell you what it was called but canโt find it on the menu. But look out for it as it was delicious and a very healthy option as no cheese.

International Yoga Day - how wonderful! Practice your yoga - whatever that looks like - meditation, a yoga class, some stretching before or after work or some dedicated time to breathing, at some or multiple points today. I am grateful every day for yoga showing up in my life and for all that itโs brought with it. It has simply opened my eyes to the world and the beauty that exists all around. Some days we have off days but how could Yoga Day possibly be one of them. Let yoga fill your heart, your body and your mind today. Please share this and the love that comes with it.
