💡 AI isn’t just changing how we train — it’s transforming what’s possible.
As an L&D leader embracing GenAI in my daily work, I’m seeing a powerful shift in how we create and deliver learning:
📝 E-learning modules, technical docs & soft skills simulations
🎨 Infographics & product visuals
🎧 Podcasts & language learning
🌍 Immersive VR/AR for hands-on experiences
But it goes beyond content.
AI is enabling personalised learning journeys, smart nudges, gamified pathways, and sentiment-driven analysis refinement.
It’s bringing to life many of the behavioural science principles I’ve used for years previously as a coach, like Nudge Theory, now powered by data and automation.
The result? Learning that’s relevant, adaptive, and aligned to future skills and organisational strategy.
This is the new frontier of L&D—and I’m proud to be shaping it.

Change is messy, but that’s where growth lives.
This little figurine may be boxed in, but real leadership means breaking through the packaging.
What does a Change Expert need? Vision, trust, and the right tools — a compass, a bridge, and a torch.

Mentorship plays a pivotal role in leadership by fostering growth, development, and success both for the mentor and the mentee.
A mentor provides guidance, shares valuable experiences, and offers insights that can help a mentee navigate complex challenges and avoid common pitfalls.
This relationship cultivates a supportive environment where the mentee can develop critical skills such as decision-making, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. Furthermore, mentorship encourages continuous learning and self-improvement, which are essential qualities in effective leaders.
For mentors, the process of guiding others often reinforces their own knowledge and hones their leadership abilities.
Ultimately, mentorship creates a cycle of growth and empowerment that strengthens organisations and communities, cultivating a new generation of capable, confident leaders:
Take actions:
🔆Cultivate a growth-oriented environment that inspires and motivates your team
🔆Master the art of active listening and asking powerful questions
🔆Empower your team members to solve problems independently and innovate
🔆Develop more collaborative, less hierarchical relationships within your organisation

Unlock Better Decisions with Sharper Questions! 🚀
Being an expert may blind you to ask smarter questions to tackle key issue.
It is easy to fall into team’s individual and collective habits when it comes to problem solving.
A pattern of interaction exists.
Advances in AI supports this shift from asking questions to crafting sharp prompts.
During meetings, we can employ a process of asking successive ‘why’ questions followed by ‘how’ to explore deeply and generate more sophisticated alternatives.
We must aim to generate nonobvious information.
There are 5 types of strategic questions:
Interpretative: So, What...?
Speculative: What if...?
Productive: Now What...?
Investigative: What’s know...?
Subjective: What’s unsaid...?
Break Free from Pluralistic Ignorance: Encourage Open Communication in Teams! 🌟 to avoid this social dynamic where no one dare sharing doubts/reservations.

As a leader, you’ll have chats with employees where you’ll be offering kudos (praise) to reinforce success,
And other times, you’ll need to offer more constructive criticism to help an employee reach their goals 🎯
Employee matters (and has impact).
Frequent check-ins & coaching have proven to be a game-changer for intrinsic motivation, employee engagement, and improved employee experience.
Feedback should be a two-way conversation where managers and employees work collaboratively to uncover & apply learnings to future projects.
Create a culture of ongoing employee development & mutual support 👨🏿💼👩🏼💼
Here are ideas you can do 💡
But which one is your favourite⁉️

What is your future of learning in the workplace?
By 2030, we anticipate a staggering global talent shortage of 85 million individuals. This pressing reality underscores the critical need for us to enhance our efforts in empowering individuals to continually refine their skill sets.
Exciting advancements in learning technology, propelled by AI and automation, are reshaping the landscape of L&D and OD.
The consequences of neglecting investment in learning are profound. Accenture warns that the expanding skills gap in the tech sector alone could jeopardise $11.5 trillion in GDP growth over the next decade.
Forward-thinking high performers understand the imperative of remaining agile and competitive through ongoing skill development. Failure to provide avenues for growth will inevitably lead them to seek opportunities elsewhere.
At the heart of our learning mission lies the creation of tailored learning experiences geared towards nurturing specific skills irrespective of one’s role. As individuals transition between various positions and projects, they develop tools, skills and knowledge for the organisation to thrive.
Adopting a coaching-centric approach is paramount, as it fosters an environment conducive to continual growth and development.
The modern workplace demands a paradigm shift towards a holistic learning ecosystem, where learning is seamlessly integrated into everyday operations. Our commitment lies in shaping this transformative journey, where every individual is empowered to realise their fullest potential.

Let's say we are a manager/leader with an urgent team challenge!
We have identified the main issues and the blockages.
We have analysed and talked to our different stakeholders (stakeholders mapping).
We have tapped into our knowledge and the one of others, even those with different perspectives.
We are ready...
💯 We understand deeply our challenge
✔ NOW we need to describe it simply to tackle the challenge
S.T.O.R.Y.T.E.L.L.I.N.G
or How to craft a story that matters!
〰 Acknowledge the good part of the history
〰 Retain the edges that made the organisation’s reputation
〰 Take full responsibility of what went wrong
〰 BUT with optimism in a better tomorrow
〰 Clarify what is the problem to solve
〰 Share why to create a different future, the cost if we do not
〰 Use your emotions, optimism is highly infectious
〰 Repeat this narrative with different formats many more times than you think is enough
📌 Then our story starts to become part of our team's reality

Leadership is a skill that can be mastered as well as being in high currency to attract and retain Talents.
The 4R Model is an approach where the leader engaged in a network of collaborative relationships and places into a global business and leadership perspective.
Relationships, Roles, Responsibilities, and Results.
The process builds leaders who are able to effectively motivate and inspire the organisation.
Leaders need to put in practice specific characteristics into the daily routines to help their organisations to succeed by building trustworthy relationships:
Moral integrity - high moral standards
Intellectual flexibility - be open to other perspectives
Determination - initiate actions in the face of obstacles
Emotional maturity - collaboration aligned to employee's motivation.
Those values need to be supported by the roles of the leaders.
A leader has a role of direction setter, spokesperson, coach, and change agent.
Leadership aims to stimulate ideas within the work culture.
Leaders move beyond self-interests and promote the well being of others.
This 4R framework emphasises vital leadership responsibilities.
Leading is to:
Visualize and communicate an engaging picture of the preferred future state
Build a roadmap of realistic, measurable, and time-oriented steps to get to the future state
Align the skills and resources of the organisation to the strategy
Infuse confidence, courage, and recognition
Take risks, make decisions and say “no” if necessary.
The results are the cumulative and collective outcomes of leaders’ relationships, roles and responsibilities depicted above.
Those are essential activities and behaviours every transformational leader must do to lead well over time.

Work can be and we come to work from a life that might be tough.
But bringing a approach and attitude will set you apart.
Those 4 pillars in Interpersonal Skills are all learnable.
In a group or in one-2-one, self-directed learning or in a classroom, mastering those skills will make a profound difference how we are perceived by others at work or how we will stand out during the interview process.
Communicate effectively:
Think two-way - sending & receiving information, listening actively to understand, asking genuine questions.
Do not use
Conflict management to solve problem:
An mindset is essential.
Disagreement is communication, approach it as another perspective to consider.
Like new data can make us review our strategy, disagreement is a new idea to tap in to review our process.
Collaborate beneficially:
Hybrid work makes even more challenging.
But cooperation is one of the top power skills necessary for productivity.
Coaching management type & establishing an atmosphere of trust support collaboration.
Self-awareness:
It starts with our ability to perceive, understand, use and manage our own emotions.
When we understand ourselves, we can relate better with others.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is being aware of our own limitations on a work problem, and able to ask for help from team members and rely on their support in a key area.
Up-Reskilling is to create a sustainable future by being Future Fit Skilled.

L&D, O.D, HR need an agile management approach because change is permanent.
It is not anymore about process & procedures but real time operational solutions aligned to the organisational objectives.
Here I am talking about Employee Experience.
Each stage of the Employee Journey includes Moments, or the touch-points employees encounter during those Journeys.
We need EX mapping, clear transparency & communication about it for the workforce to stay engaged.
