Iyengar Yoga Classes in SE14. Tuesdays at Telegraph Hill Centre. Thursdays at &Osteo. Private Studio Classes & 1:1 Classes also available. (Kitto Rd stop).
Small, mixed ability classes run by Certified & Insured Iyengar Yoga Teacher (25 years teaching). Some Equipment is provided but due to Covid rules you now need to bring your own mat. Centre classes are held in a room with natural ventilation and lighting. There is adjustable heating & blinds and a drinking water tap. Places are limited to maintain social distancing. Tuesday Morning: £15.00 10.30

This Morning’s class staying cool 😎
As we approach our 2nd heatwave I should let you know there is Air Conditioning in the studio at &Osteo Thursday afternoon class and Tuesday's Telegraph Hill classes have a large fan. We will being doing Supine poses next week! 😎🍉🧊🧘♀️🏵️

For anyone who wants an Iyengar class before the new term starts at the Telegraph Hill Centre there's Thursday afternoon 1.30 - 2.30 pm at &Osteo on Brockley Road (opposite the station). Book in the day before on 0208 176 8997 for Thursday 9th April, 16th etc
Tuesday 24th March last Iyengar Yoga classes of term at the Telegraph Hill Centre before we break for the Easter hols. Summer Term starts on Tuesday 14th April for the Morning class and the Evening class resumes the following week on the 21st April. 🏵️

If anyone is thinking of getting a new mat I saw these today. A good thickness & comes with carry strap. Old Kent Rd Lidls & presumably their other stores.
