Summer Term starts tomorrow for the Morning class at the Telegraph Hill Centre. See you at 10.30 am 😃🧘‍♀️🧘🏵️

For anyone who wants an Iyengar class before the new term starts at the Telegraph Hill Centre there's Thursday afternoon 1.30 - 2.30 pm at &Osteo on Brockley Road (opposite the station). Book in the day before on 0208 176 8997 for Thursday 9th April, 16th etc

Tuesday 24th March last Iyengar Yoga classes of term at the Telegraph Hill Centre before we break for the Easter hols. Summer Term starts on Tuesday 14th April for the Morning class and the Evening class resumes the following week on the 21st April. 🏵️

If anyone is thinking of getting a new mat I saw these today. A good thickness & comes with carry strap. Old Kent Rd Lidls & presumably their other stores.

Now on half term break. No classes next week, back at Telegraph Hill Centre on Tuesday 24th February. Catch the sun whilst you can 😎

As we head into winter I’m recommending this delicious health tonic made by a lovely woman I met on the beach this summer (friend of a friend). I sampled some & purchased and used this in Autumn. Thought I’d share with you. Stay well and see you on Tuesday at the Telegraph Hill Centre 😊
