I'm a huge fan of the sumo when used with the conventional l, (not as a replacement)
It opens up your hips and building them too.
I've not got great mechanic for this, so it obliterates me!
You should be able to sumo more than you can convention, I can't! CAN YOU?

THREE WEEKS OFF W AN INJURY

It's good to be back!

Doesn't look like there'll be a summer holiday this year so staying fluffy.

Hit the scales at 95KG today, not sure if I'm proud but it a bodyweight PB!

For your sanity you should all have times when you eat more and push limits under the bar and times when we pull back and lean up.

Seems I'll be bulking for 2 years thanks to Covid!
