What a privilege for volunteer coaches Paul and Sal this week at Wimbledon 2025 🎾🍓 getting a look into the Press Centre of the most famous tennis tournament on the planet! Was very surreal to be in non-public areas only the media can go (spotted 90s Tiger Tim Henman who doesn't seem to age!🐯) Also taking a look around the grounds, catching familiar players at the practice courts, munching on Strawberries and Cream 😋🍓 and was so so lucky to run into the supergod of tennis himself Carlos Alcaraz 😲 who was so friendly and lovely! Buenos Suerte Carlos - think you will be the Wimby champ and the greatest of all time one day! 🎾⚡️

🙏ENORMOUS Gratitude and Appreciation to Head Coach and members of Sutton Churches Tennis Club for doing a racket round-up and donating 2️⃣1️⃣ Adult and Junior 🎾 for the Tennis For Free Joseph Hood Rec, Morden and Tamworth Rec, Mitcham sites! Coach volunteer David noticed there was a need for adult and more junior rackets for disadvantaged people in both communities to try tennis and was very happy with Jakes effort and the clubs charitable offerings! Sutton Churches Tennis Club has in the past also been endlessly supportive of charitable causes and donating rackets and equipment to Africa Tennis Aid to help increase access to Tennis in the Third World. Thank you again Jake and SCTC! 🙏
