🏀 MEN’S D2 RECRUITMENT | 2026/27 🏀

Westminster Warriors are now recruiting for our Men’s Division 2 squad ahead of the 2026/27 season.

We’re looking for committed, coachable and competitive players who are ready to compete in the National Basketball League and contribute to a high-performance team environment.

If you believe you’ve got what it takes to represent the Warriors, complete our Expression of Interest form via the link in our bio.

Following registration, shortlisted players will be invited to attend one of two invitation-only recruitment scrimmages, where our coaching staff will assess prospective players ahead of the new season.

**Keep your netball finish, but use a basketball start.**

**Your netball shot is not wrong. We are going to keep the good parts, but adapt them for basketball.**

Our advice today for the girls who are accustomed to the mechanics of Netball shooting and need to adapt for Basketball.

To move pass understandable confusion and retraining muscle memory, we focus on retaining confidence in their shot by focussing on what parts they should retain and then introducing concepts such as movement and rhythm.
