When we are training our hearts and bodies for firm unshaken spirit, we must not forget culture and art. We went to see Karate Kid at Wimbledon Theatre (obviously:)
We had amazing time at the show. Also after the show we had chance for a photo with whole cast! Good times! Thank you very much for having us! We had a great time!

So people were saying: “oh Kyokushinkai training is hard, oh kyokushinkai training is harsh, we are very tired after etc.”
Well, no problem, changes are coming!
We are going to have brakes now! Yes! You can take quick nap, bring a snack, relax. Yes, we will brake and have rest in the Dojo from now on. Easy. We will re-organise Sunday Fight Club -> To Sunday Pillow Fight Club and introduce a lot of rest and naps. 🛌🥱
