LINK IN BIO: Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. That’s thousands of dads - including my own - brothers, partners, grandads, mates, sons and uncles. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Monday August 25th, myself along with and are taking on The Big Golf Race (that’s 54 holes of golf in one day). Yup, you read that right. One day. No buggies, no shortcuts. Just me and two mates, my clubs, 24km of walking, and enough swings to make my back question all my life choices.
We tee off bright and early at 07:00 and hope to finish (with legs still attached) around 21:00 — that’s 14 hours on our feet. It might sound like every golfer’s dream, but trust me, it’s going to be a real test of stamina, stubbornness, and sunscreen.
So why do it? Because I love this game — and because this challenge gives me the chance to do something meaningful with people who matter, for a cause that matters to all men.
Every donation, big or small, helps support vital work in men’s health. If you can, please chip in, and no, unfortunately, mulligans don’t apply here.
Thank you for your support.

I never had the opportunity to meet but .13luckyforsome and I have been huge fans of for years. I was so privileged to have an incredibly special signed apron from Jock, alongside & Mel. We are so saddened on hearing about his passing. In our house, his words will always resonate - “Go home, make a cup of tea and be kind to each other”

I had the pleasure of training these awesome people for the upcoming Ant-Man movie (in cinemas February 17th). Paul Rudd, Jonathan Majors, along with all had awe-inspiring dedication and work-ethics. This movie is going to blow your mind! 🐜

Near on 18 years ago, I left Australia after spending a year following the well trodden path of travelling. Returning with a bucket load of life lessons & experiences, plus a group of people who would become life long friends. One of those special people was Rich. Rich (or Rooch as we used to call him) has grafted long and hard in those post Oz years. So much so, he has opened up his own incredible burger restaurant . is situated in and the burger 🍔 I had (Classic) was OUT OF THIS WORLD 🚀 Accompanied with some haggis & blue cheese balls and a variety of Slow Richie’s own brand sauces - ROOCH is smashing it out of the park. The lad’s come a long way from feeding me at The Billabong Hostel in Cairns all those years ago. Keep up the work mate, the sky’s limit.

Dear ...we're calling for you to
reconsider vour u-turn on child health. End junk food advertising to kids and put MORE promotions on essential foods.
Moving and powerful words which hold such gravity by at todays short respectful peaceful protest, in support of the government keeping their promises with the child health strategy.
Our kids have never needed our support more than now, we do not want the government to continue the U-turns and dissolve all the hard work that has been out in place please to protect them.

True to say that kiddies are much more resilient than their parents, and are the pros at just getting on with it!
It’s back to normality for us all tomorrow which full school days/ childcare and work. Phew.

The food choices we make can have a large impact on the balance between our Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS) and Parasympathetic Nervous System (PSNS).
Head to my blog (link in bio) for part two of my post on rest and recovery.
