Catch our latest Match Update about Varsity where 13 of our players teamed up with KCL Women's Rugby for an exciting game against UCL on our website, written by our lovely President of 20/20+1 Beth Elder!
An extract:
" For many of the girls it had been over a year without touching a ball (a rugby ball anyway), and it was time to shake off the rust and unleash three lockdowns’ worth of pent-up energy on some unsuspecting UCL victims. One Guy’s Girl was heard proclaiming that she had not washed her boots since her last match in March 2020, so if any new COVID variants spring up in the South West London area this author has some ideas of where to point the finger..."

This month for Movember we’ve committed to each walking/running 60km each - for the 60 men who commit su***de every hour around the world.
In a year filled with extraordinary challenges, Mental Health for everyone has to be at the forefront.
The stigma around men and mental health needs to be tackled, and it’s not up to men alone to do so and raise awareness.
We, together with Guy's Hospital RFC, are raising money for Movember - a charity which, since 2003, has funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects worldwide.
It’s okay to not be okay, and asking for help or opening up goes a long long way.
Find the donation link below and support an amazing cause!

Part of the money raised will also go towards Penguins Against Cancer to support their amazing work in cancer research.

We’re strong. We’re beautiful. We’re rugby players, and we are enough.
The movement is set up to remove the stereotypes and stigma around female rugby players body image.
25% of all rugby players are female. We believe kit made for us should be modelled by us too, as is done for our male counterparts.
