Jasmine is a qualified, experienced & energetic Pilates Teacher. Corporate, private & group classes, available across London.

Facilitating movement for antenatal & post natal, 50+, beginners, improver, rehabilitation and athletic clients. My teachings address postural issues, improve movement quality, increase body awareness, and reduces/prevents lower back pain. Classes are based on the 6 original Pilates principles; breathing, centering, concentration, control, precision and flow. I teach fun and informative Pilates for all levels of ability, for ages 16-50 years. Classes can be delivered in group or private lessons.

2019 gave me the opportunity to teach Pilates as my only job. It was sometimes lonely, but a fun change & challenge. I'm now fitter & stronger; physically, emotionally & spiritually. My confidence, determination & energy as a Pilates teacher has improved drastically. I really do love this job! After teaching average of 15 classes, 7 days a week, I'm now working a full time Secretarial job and teaching just a few classes per week. Let's see what 2020 brings!:)
