Fix your posture in Pilates

- Tuck your pelvis: Engage your core by gently tilting your pelvis under to stabilize your lower back.

- Neutral spine: Maintain a natural curve in your back; avoid excessive arching or flattening.

- Imprint your spine on the carriage: Press your back gently into the surface to ensure full contact and support.

- Don’t collapse through your waist: Keep your torso lifted to prevent sagging, which can strain your back.

- Shoulders away from the ears: Relax your shoulders down and back to reduce tension and promote better alignment.
