Our ultimate aim is to increase participation in tennis and to keep people playing by providing an attractive, accessible and inclusive coaching programme. We aim to achieve this by establishing a coaching program with a positive, fun and challenging learning environment where there is effective, open and honest communication between coaches, players and parents, and where all players can reach their full potential.
