Just had to share my pretty smoothie picture with you! Saturday session done at the gym and I was starving when I got home so I whipped this up in the blender with peanut butter protein powder (A-MAZING!), frozen berries (an absolute freezer essential!), banana (potassium source), spinach (full of vits and minerals), ground flaxseeds (fibre!!) and sunflower seeds (vit B source). 2 mins and done 👌💪
