Two cross ➞ One line ➞ One cross ➞ One line ➞ Repeat 🤩 Other player can only go cross. Good hitting from Cam Norrie & Oliver Tarvet.

Simple drills done purposefully are the best ones 🤩 This can also be progressed by including a scoring system/consequence.

💾 Save this post so you can remember the drill for the next time you play 🎾

Do you play better in training than you do in matches? 🎾 It’s one of the most common issues for competitive tennis players.

I’ve put together a FREE Performance Guide to help you take your that training level into competition.

Comment “MATCH” and I’ll send it to you 🎾✅

Have you ever played someone you just couldn’t figure out? 🎾

Against an aggressive baseliner, don’t just rally with them from the back. Bring them forward and make them play from somewhere they don’t want to be.

That’s one of the tactics in my playbook, “How to Beat Every Game Style.”

If this sounds like you, comment “STYLE” and I’ll send it over 🎾✅

QUALITY 28 shot rally 💥 For the first 3 games, be aggressive but more patient. Set the tone and give yourself a little more margin while you build intensity and get into the rhythm of the match 👌🏻

Quality point from Harry Wendelken 🇬🇧 and Luke Hooper 🇬🇧 at the Sunderland 25K 🎾✨

The jump backhand can be used in most phases of play, but when the opponent is trying to hit high to your backhand, this is the shot to look for 😍

When you have front row seats to see the goats 🐐😍 Tb to the Laver Cup warm up with Roger and Novak 🤩
