A Journey Requires 100% focus.

If you’re looking to achieve results you to be focused on the goals ahead.

But of course as busy dads & new dads it will be hard to stay 100% focused but it’s how we manage that focus throughout the journey.

All I require from all my dad clients is to give me 100% focus with there gym sessions and nutrition. Other factors we can build, develop and improve over time.

Just a dad getting stronger with each workout that comes and goes.

I am a big believer in that dads should be a role model to their kids and lead from the front.

I also believe that being strong,healthy and being able to run around with your kids is a key part of their development as I will rub off on them and they will start to follow you in your footsteps.

So dad’s being that strong and healthy dad for kids and wife.

So I did a HYROX session.

This was not a full HYROX session structure it was more of a beginner one as I have never done one before.

However, i would say this version was just as tough. But I would have to keep this up and progress it as I go.

I would say this was a good addition to my training and something I could probably keep in.

Dads this could be something you could add in as part of your training to keep you pushing forward to keep see that weight drop off.

Dads you only need 4 supplements in your daily routine (swipe across to see)

A lot of dads will overpay or over buy on less meaning for supplements but all you need are these 4 main ones

1) Creatine
2) Vitamin D3 with K2
3) Fish Oils (omega 3)
4) Magnesium.

So stop overpaying or over buying on supplements buy these 4 and make sure you’re consistent with your training and nutrition.

3 Mistakes that dads make when looking to lean is.

Spending too much time doing core workouts & cardio and doing little weight training.

If you’re looking to build a strong and lean physique weight training needs to be prioritised but also I am not saying put it aside the cardio & core as there is still place but most likely later in the training phases.

Remember dad’s weights first cardio and core last.

The exact plan all my dad clients follow from a training phase perspective

As you can see we are doing an upper body exercise then moving onto a lower body exercise and you can see we do a lower body exercise then do a upper body exercise.

The training plan is basic but it very effective for dads who are busy with and family because your doing 3 session a week and training each muscle group 3 times in the same week and doing metabolic conditioning after each session which in turn is going help fat loss and getting that lean physique.

However, there will need to be consistency with training plan and the nutrition plan on a week to week basis.

Dads what if I told you that 3 hours per week in the gym is better for you and get you the same or even better results then 6 hours per week.

We are all busy with family life and work so we don’t have a lot of time to be spending in the gym that’s why doing 3 quality hours per week in the gym is so much better then 6 “Sh*tty” hours per week in the gym.

All you need is the following:

3 full body workouts with some form of metabolic conditioning

This can be split into the following:

Upper body push or pull with an lower body push or pull

Lower body push or pull with an upper body push or pull

DADS I AM HERE TO HELP YOU.

Most dads don’t fall out of shape because they’re lazy.

Life just gets busy.

This was completely achievable & it’s not because I “live in the gym”.

I train exactly how I coach my clients.

Short sessions.
3–4x per week.
Structured Nutrition plan
Structured Training plan

Because like most dads, I don’t have unlimited time either.

Work.
Life.
Responsibilities.

So everything I teach is built around efficiency.

No 90-minute workouts.
No extremes.
No complicated plans.
Just smart training that fits real life.

I would never coach something I don’t personally live.

Anime Coach Lewis Smith at your service

Besides coaching client on the gym floor and online and playing sports, I do like to break away from it and enjoy extra hobbies.

Recently started to really enjoy anime TV shows such as Naruto.

Also been enjoying and playing at lot of TCG games such a my childhood favourite Yu-Gi-Oh

And in the past few months I started to have a passion for sports and street photography and videography which I started a page of called I’m still learning but it’s fun to learn a new skill.

You have to take yourself away from coaching/training sometimes and enjoy the downtime.
