What are the Benefits of a Handstand? 🤸🏻♂️🤸🏻🤸🏻♀️
Handstands help in building your core strength as they require you to stabilize your muscles to stop you from falling over. Handstands not only work your abs, they also strengthen your hip flexors, hamstrings, inner thighs, and spinal muscles to create a balanced, super strong core.

Don’t neglect the Stretch!
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Stretching also helps rebuild muscle fibers and improve circulation, which all contributes to muscle recovery and injury prevention 🧘🏽♂️

Hi everyone. This week we decided to donate a portion of Coach Sharpe Fitness earnings to the anti discrimination charity.
Stop Hate UK is one of the leading national organisations working to challenge all forms of Hate Crime and discrimination, based on any aspect of an individual’s identity. We feel this is certainly a very worthy cause, now more than ever. And this particular charity encompasses a diverse array of minority groups that are often unfairly discriminated against.
We have donated £186 as a result of all your joint efforts in coming to class! Great work everyone and thanks so much for all your support! ❤️❤️❤️
