Dearest gentle readers,

It seems the quiet of the dance floor shall not last much longer. Word has reached this author that lessons in the most spirited and lively form of dance are set to resume after a long Easter break. Those eager to master their steps would do well to prepare, for Urban Steppers dance classes shall begin again.

Want to know what happens in our Junior Training classes?!

Some of you ask what is the difference between our two Junior classes on a Friday....

Our Junior Training classes build strong dance foundations while exploring a range of styles.
We focus on grooves, stamina, strength & conditioning, plus drills in each style - all while having fun, building confidence, and learning teamwork. Students are taught short choreography in each style and have opportunities to perform and compete in competitions as solos and duos.

These classes are beginner friendly, and suitable for all levels and abilities. Ages 7-11.

These classes are every Friday 4:35pm - 5:30pm with Miss Kimberly 😊

2025 was a busy year, full of competitions, performances and achievements. We went full force on community performances for Wandsworth Borough of Culture and dived into many competitions.

We want to thank everyone who has supported us, and continue to support us at Urban Steppers. Whether you’ve attended performances, shared kind words, volunteered your time, or supported us behind the scenes, your belief in our company means more than we can express.
