As Rocco Forte’s second address in the city, the launch marks an important chapter in the brand’s evolving vision, where heritage, design and atmosphere exist in quiet harmony.

Building on a longstanding partnership with Rocco Forte Hotels, The Boundary brought an instinctive understanding of the brand’s precision, warmth and understated refinement to this collaboration. A suite of carefully crafted CGIs captures the hotel’s modern elegance and timeless comfort, translating the spirit of The Carlton through visual storytelling that feels both authentic and unmistakably Milanese.

Inaura, a luxury hotel and residential tower by Arada, takes its place in the heart of one of the world’s most extraordinary skylines. With sweeping views across the Burj Khalifa precinct and Dubai Fountain, the project is defined not by height alone, but by architectural refinement and ambition.

At its centre, a suspended jewel-like orb becomes Inaura’s signature, a sculptural moment of light, elegance and innovation that sets the tower apart.

Partnering with Arada, The Boundary crafted a cinematic series of CGIs to bring this vision to life, capturing the interplay of structure, illumination and atmosphere that defines Inaura as both contemporary landmark and experiential destination.

Oria’s amenity spaces define the everyday experience of living in Spring Hill.

From the rooftop pool and landscaped terrace to a considered collection of wellness and communal spaces, every shared environment has been designed to encourage connection, relaxation and everyday enjoyment, all elevated above the Spring Hill streetscape.

In close collaboration with Keylin, The Boundary crafted a series of detailed CGIs and an immersive Virtual Tour dedicated to these amenity spaces.
