Congratulations to everyone receiving their A level results! We look forward to welcoming in new faces from all the London members Universities and welcoming back some familiar faces! We have lots of exciting things planned for the new Year and upcoming posts with lots of information - including meeting our exec, teachers, where to find and meet us how to get involved! We are super excited and hope you are too!

Next TUESDAY! Latin classes by our amazing World Champion Latin Teachers in Student Central on Malet Street (room 305). Included for members, guests welcome 🤗 For non members, please pay in cash. Definitely not one to miss ♥️ we would encourage especially our beginners and novices to attend the beg/Nov class as they don’t normally get to see Petar and Zia ♥️

We’re so excited to announce practice spaces every Monday 6-9pm at Student Central! This is in addition to Friday practice spaces, and comes at NO additional cost to society members! This time can also be used for privates with Harley & Thomas. 😊

£10 per COUPLE for 3 hours of practice space Monday or Friday! The more the merrier 😊 We really want to implement more strict finals and the more people there who want it, the more we can!

Please note - there is no practice space Jan 16th or Jan 27th. Available all other days!

We’re thrilled to announce that Ksenia Zhelutkova will be coming to Student Central on Malet street (Upper hall room 305) on the 16th of January 6-9pm to teach a workshop on competition hair styling. This will be interactive so you will get a chance to try out the hairstyle with Ksenia’s guidance! We’ve got some exciting socials coming up as well as a practice competition in January, a hair styling and makeup session, and some open competitions! Post more shortly… Keep an eye out for more!!

We’ll be collecting feedback at the start of December but have plans to make term 2 even better than term 1! Thanks to everyone for your enthusiasm and participation already ♥️ We should be having our shoe try on session soon on one of the Friday practice days before Christmas!

Tuesday 22nd

We have some very exciting news!

We’re adding a new practice space from THIS FRIDAY (Nov 11th) at no extra charge for our members.

Venue: Birkbeck Central, BCB 305 Upper Hall, Malet St, London WC1E 7HY

Time:
5-6pm: beginners only practice space
6-9pm: open practice space

Dates:
Every Friday starting Nov 11th with the last session Dec 16th!

We will try out what works best but the idea for open practice hours will follow a sort of pattern
- 50 mins practice with music in the background that you can use or not, + 10mins of finals.
Happy to get feedback :)

In the future the space 6-9 will also be used for privates with either Harley Nelson, Petar Daskalov or Zia James. More on that soon!

For practice only who don’t have membership, please pay cash to the exec on the day. Price is £10 per couple per day, to gain access to 3 hours of space (6-9pm). Any questions please ask!

Good morning!

Just sharing the details for the taster session tonight.

It’s from 6pm-8pm at Basil Jellicoe Hall. Our ballroom teacher Harley will be leading the taster session, teaching some Latin and some Ballroom and then our Team Captain Phoebe will end the taster session with some fun line dancing.

We will then be going for drinks at a local bar/pub, all are welcome to join and it will be a great chance to get to know everyone better!
