So much of this poem by Hannah Blanton resonates with me… sharing it here in case it touches your heart too 🫶
Thank you for wording so beautifully “the place any women can understand”

I don’t know what your take on screen-time is. But as a mum who chose not to have a TV at home, it felt quite contradictory to be doing this today!
I try to use the screen only in case of emergency…
Like home alone with a barefoot toddler and a broken glass jar scattered across the living room (true story).
Well, it wasn’t an emergency today.
But I felt shuttered. Just like the jar.
And really needed a little break.
I felt guilty for even just thinking about it.
That was until I opened YouTube and discovered SpiderMan does Yoga.
His favorite superhero?
Doing my favorite thing?
A revelation! 🤫 🕷️ 🧘♀️
We had a laugh.
Mum’s guilt softened.
And did some good stretching too.
I’m not saying I’ll do this every day.
But it was a good reminder that making space for something that brings joy can have more value than holding onto the rules we have set.
Sharing this just to say: you’re doing great mama.
Hope this finds someone who needs to hear it 🫶
Oh hi there mama! 🫶
If you’re new here, welcome.
I’m Chiara and my biggest mission here is to remind mothers like you to take a few minutes a day for themeselves. To move their body, to breathe, to feel a little closer to themeselves.
As mothers we’re very good at putting ourselves last.
And too often we realise it a little too late…when the gap between who we thought we were and who we are now begins to feel a painful.
So here is a reminder that you matter mama.
And that you don’t need days of solitude or a glamorous spa to feel taken care of…
You can begin now, in your pjs and in the mess of the living room ✨
All you need is to know WHAT to do with the very little time you have (and exactly when you have it!)
If this sounds like something for you, send me a message. I’d love to tell you more xx
Feeling flat out as the heatwave rolls in? Save this for the hot summer days ☀️
Every year on your birthday I like to flick through my journal, read your birth story and this little poem I wrote.
It’s like if I want to live it again, never to forget the power of those moments and the immense bliss that followed.
Bringing you into the light was the most intense experience of my life. A life you had already changed forever.
Happy birth-day my love
🤍

The week up to your birthday it always brings back memories…and I get the same weird nesting feeling every time still, as if you were to be born again 💫

Somewhere between folding laundry and reheating coffee, I realised I didn’t need better thoughts, I needed a little space for them.
In Buddhist practice they call it the “noble observer” (I know, you’re now picturing a monk with a robe… but I tell you can also be a mum on zero sleep trying to match socks!) where you are encouraged to listen to your own thoughts without identifying yourself with them.
The exercise is simple but very powerful.
I’ve created a free audio to introduce you to this practice, so you can try it right away.
Comment ☁️ CLOUDS ☁️
and I’ll send it to you
No fixing.
No running away.
Just listening.
With love,
Chiara
I couldn’t have put it in better words 🤍
