Can't beat a good cup of coffee βοΈ
Did you know coffee is a superfood? It's super high in antioxidants, and makes you feel energised, focussed and refreshed.
Be mindful of how much coffee you drink - we recommend 2-3 cups a day, preferably in the morning. If you decide to have coffee in the afternoon, we suggest going for decaffeinated to ensure you're getting a restful sleep.
