Capoeira classes in West London W9 and W10. Children classes on Tuesday 4-4.45pm and adult classes e Capoeira will work your body as a whole.

Capoeira is a martial art that combines self-defence, dance, music and philosophy. Originating from Brazil, it is a discipline that exercises the body and mind, as well as developing your musical abilities and improving your confidence. It will improve your body's strength, stamina, flexibility and motor skills. Beginners and people of all ages are welcome! I look forward to seeing you in one of my classes.
